Online Booking Instructions

GUIDE TO BOOKING TICKETS

To book a flight ticket, please follow these steps:

 Step 1: Search for Flights 

  1. Visit ptgsource.vn and navigate to "FIND DOMESTIC, INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TICKETS" on the homepage.
  2. Enter your departure and destination points.
  3. Select your departure and return dates.
  4. Choose the number of passengers (adults, children, infants).
  5. Click "SEARCH FLIGHTS". 

After clicking "SEARCH FLIGHTS", the system will display all available flights operating on the selected travel dates corresponding to your chosen route. 

Step 2: Choose  Your Flight 

After selecting a flight, the system will display detailed flight information. Please review this information carefully to ensure it meets your needs. 

Step 3: Reserve Your Seat 

When filling out the booking information, please note the following: 

  • All fields must be entered in VIETNAMESE WITHOUT ACCENTS and should be in UPPERCASE.
  • Mixing lowercase and uppercase letters can cause operational errors and confusion, leading to mistakes. 

Consider purchasing CHECKED BAGGAGE immediately if you anticipate needing it and if your ticket type does not include CHECKED BAGGAGE. Otherwise: 

  • After TICKET ISSUANCE, purchasing additional baggage requires at least 4 hours before departure. After this time, the system closes for airport procedures.
  • Additional baggage can only be purchased at the airport and is typically priced nearly twice as much.

Step 4: Select Payment Method 

Choose one of the available payment methods. For agents, the default option is to pay later using the funds in your account. On ptgsource.vn, complete all required information as indicated above and click "Reserve Seat" to book your ticket. 

Step 5: Complete Ticket Reservation 

After completing the ticket reservation, the system will send the information you entered on the website to your email. Please contact Phat Thanh Giang Corporation to arrange payment and ticket issuance. 

Note: In some cases, tickets cannot be reserved due to the airline's policies. Please contact your booking agent for assistance with ticket issuance. 

Step 6: Payment and Completing Ticket Reservation 

After making the payment, immediately contact Phat Thanh Giang Corporation's booking agent to proceed with ticket issuance using the following format: 

  • Booking Reference Number
  • Transferred Amount
  • Receiving Bank
  • Cash 

The booking agent will confirm the payment and proceed with ticket issuance, sending a confirmation email to you.
