Ticket Delivery and Collection Policy

Ticket Delivery Policy

Immediately after confirming your successful payment, ptgsource.vn will issue and send your ticket.

ptgsource.vn currently offers three methods of ticket delivery to customers:

  1. Receive Electronic Tickets via Email/Phone Number/Zalo:

After successfully booking and confirming payment via bank transfer, ptgsource.vn's booking and reservation system will send your electronic flight ticket to the contact information you provided when booking.

  1. Pick Up Tickets at ptgsource.vn Office:

After successfully booking, please come to the PTG headquarters (60 - 62 Dong Du, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) to collect your ticket. Please bring your ID or order number for verification when collecting your ticket.

  1. Receive Tickets at Home or Office Address:

After successfully booking, a Phat Thanh Giang employee will deliver the ticket and collect payment at your specified address within 24 hours. This delivery method incurs an additional delivery fee of 30,000 VND to 50,000 VND.

This option is only available within Ho Chi Minh City.
